Do fathers have the ultimate decision in their daughters marriage?
I was praying one day, praying something like this: Dear Lord, I promise I will not carry out this sinful act at least for this week, and if I shall do so, take away my salvation. Sad to say I broke my promise. Please keep in mind that I voluntarily asked the Lord to remove my salvation. Will the Lord agree to such a statement of me asking Him to take away my salvation in the case of me breaking my promise?
I understand Jewish custom dictates that the body is to be buried with earth to speed the return of the soul to nature or to God. If this is true, why was Christ, a Jew, placed in a rock tomb and not buried in the earth? Please explain the purpose of the Jewish custom too.

I heard a song as I was growing up that I believe was called: Just a Little Talk With Jesus . I was humming it to myself today as I worked and suddenly stopped. I realized I did not have a clue as to what a "prayer wheel" was. I could not recall anything in Scripture about a prayer wheel so I thought perhaps this might not be a good song to be humming after all.
