Have you been hurt? Stop the cycle! Do you crave attention that comes with being a “victim”? Find it through a personal walk with the Lord. Are you currently allowing your hurt to hurt others? Stop! Are you bitter from things in your past and transferring your vengeance upon someone who you deem has done you unjustly? Forgive those who hurt you in the past and stop letting them continue to hold power over your life. Be sure, the judgment seat of Christ will make all wrongs right for the believer.
Throughout Israel’s existence as a nation, they have had numerous complex dealings with the nations around them. This is, at least in part, due to the closeness of their land geographically with so many bordering nations. As is true with many nations that have come and gone throughout history, some of Israel’s neighbours have gone from being foes to being allies or from being allies to being foes. As such, this complicates international deals brokered, whether in times of peace or war.
The loss of a child is devastating! It goes against all of our expectations as parents. A child should be allowed the opportunities of life that we have enjoyed. Parents should never outlive their child! Yet, even in this time of tragic loss, the grace of God is evident and offers comfort to those willing to receive it.
Faith is that unfaltering confidence in the promises of God that makes a man give more, go further, work harder and hold on longer than he would have for any other reason. What is your faith doing in your own life?

Are you undergoing judgment right now? Are you heading for certain judgment because of stubborn disobedience to God? Then repent of your sins and seek God
How is your love relationship with the Saviour? Does your heart ache when that fellowship is hindered? Do you seek and seek until you find him again?
In what ways does God work in our lives to make us what we ought to be? What are some examples in your life where God used gentleness with you when He could have been much harsher?
Alone, Moses climbed the rugged path to the top of Mount Pisgah in the land of Moab. Though preserved in body and mind, his 120 years (40 of them in the wilderness) made him worn in years and in battles. His last battle was his attempt to enter the Promised Land. He lost. He was to die after seeing the land from the mountain top.
Is knowing God nothing more than an intellectual exercise to the Bible-believer? Are we allowed to have an experiential knowledge of Him?
